Privacy policy

HVR Pro Metal Roofing (ABN 98 702 888 748) runs this website. This page explains, in plain terms, what we do with the information you give us through it.

What we collect

When you send the quote form on this website we collect what you enter into it:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your mobile number
  • Your email address, if you give one
  • The suburb the job is in
  • The type of job and the kind of property
  • Your preferred time to be called

We also record basic technical details with your enquiry: the page you arrived on, the website or ad that referred you, and whether you were on a phone, tablet or computer. This tells us which of our marketing is working.

Why we collect it

To contact you about the job you asked about, and to quote it.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries go into our customer management system, run for us by our marketing provider. Only we and that provider can access it.

This website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs as part of running the site.

How long we keep it

For as long as we reasonably need it for the job, for any warranty or dispute arising from it, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your details and we're not required to keep them, we will.

Contacting you

If you send an enquiry we'll contact you about it by phone, SMS or email.

We may send you a message after a job asking for feedback. Tell us to stop at any time and we will.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Call 0435 335 466 or email hvrproptyltd@gmail.com.

If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Cookies and tracking

This website keeps a small amount of information in your browser during your visit, so that if you came from an ad and then send the form, we can tell which ad it was. It's cleared when you close your browser.

We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. It records that you visited and whether you sent an enquiry. You can control ad tracking in your Facebook settings and your browser.
