How we do metal re-roofs
We never screw into the old battens
The quickest re-roof is new sheets screwed into whatever's already there. Ours get new 40mm top-hat battens, so the fixings bite into new steel.
Every flashing is new
Reusing old flashings is a common shortcut. It saves time on the day and turns up later as a leak. Every flashing on our re-roofs is new.
A clean site when we leave
Magnet sweep for screws across the yard and driveway, scrap metal gone on completion, and a full clean-up.

We come out, get on the roof and measure up. The quote is back to you within 2 days, at a fixed price.

Materials on site
Happy with the quote? We get the materials there. Most jobs start within 1 to 2 weeks.

Old roof off
The old roof comes off and goes away with us. For tile roofs, tile bins are on site and gone when the new roof is on.

New roof on
Timber fixed, new battens, new flashings, new Colorbond. A standard re-roof takes about 2 days, or 3 to 4 with fascia and gutters.

Clean-up
Magnet sweep for screws, scrap metal taken on completion, and the site left clean.
